Dark circle help

Use green tea bags- Green tea is rich in antioxidants and can make up for antioxidant deficiencies in the body that contribute to dark circles. Pour hot water over two tea bags and let them steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and place them in the freezer. Remove when the tea bags are very cold. Lie down and press the tea bags onto your eyes. Hold them there for about 15 minutes. Rinse your eyes with cold water and pat dry.

Wash before you snooze

While forgetting to wash your face for one night is unlikely to cause lasting damage to your skin, one night is all it takes to clog pores and cause a breakout. Makeup left on skin overnight can prevent the skin from “breathing,” and can also inhibit the skin’s process of repair and regeneration while you sleep.  So before you start your Netflix, make it a habit to wash your face, and you will be glad you did.  Now enjoy your show!

Green Tea

It is a powerful anti-aging skincare ingredient that can help firm or depuff the skin, along with being a great antioxidant.  It also helps make fine lines and wrinkles look smaller, so drink a cup a day and feel/see the difference.
